§6 — Official milestones

The Milestone Ladder

Six fixed checkpoints between 340 and 200 pounds. Each one only counts once verified by an official on-camera weigh-in and a milestone video on the record. Reaching 200 starts the final phase: 28 consecutive days at goal.

Reached dates are computed live from the public weigh-in record. A milestone is official only once its verification weigh-in and milestone video are on the record (§6). At each verified milestone the violation count resets to zero for future violations (§8); consequences already assessed stay in force.
