This record documents an accountability system Micheal Ray Berry voluntarily established by written agreement and deliberately placed outside his day-to-day discretion.
The Accountability Partner administers the official record and the requirements, and determines whether documented requirements have been satisfied.
What follows is Micheal Ray Berry in the first person. It is his account. He does not administer the record.
My name is Micheal Ray Berry. This website documents a voluntary accountability arrangement between adults I asked for in writing: a weight-loss commitment from a declared 340 pounds, kept under inspection, corrective requirements, and a permanent public record. The goal is 200 pounds, held 28 days.
I want structure in real life that I do not get to pick up and put down. Someone else holds the rules, the record, and the consequences. I asked for that because private promises kept failing.
I am required to file the packet every day by 10:00 PM Eastern: inspection video, four photographs, weight, tracker update, in the uniform.
What you see here is still documentation. Weight, packet, uniform, misses. Nothing else. The structure is the point. The photographs are the evidence. The exposure of a public failure record is not an accident of the design — it is part of what I asked for, in writing, within limits I set. I wanted accountability I could not casually take back when compliance became uncomfortable.
I did not need more information, another private plan, or another promise to myself. I needed a structure that made my actions visible, measurable, and difficult to quietly abandon. In private, I could delay, renegotiate, restart, or stop recording when the results became uncomfortable. This project exists to remove those escape routes.
I respond to external structure, immediate verification, fixed deadlines, and consequences that cannot be casually negotiated in the moment. The project takes the decision away from the tired, discouraged, impulsive version of me and places it in rules established by the clear-minded version of me.
Every day produces a public record — successful or not — so progress is based on documented action rather than intention.
Up, down, or flat — it gets posted.
The Structure Behind This Record
This project is not self-directed. The Accountability Partner administers the official record. I do not.
I built this project and this website, and control of the official record sits with the Accountability Partner. That was the point. Previous attempts had the same weakness: I set the rules, which meant I could also move them. Under this project, the daily inspections, uniform, documentation standards, corrective requirements, and public record of failure operate under an agreement that I do not get to renegotiate on a bad day.
What I gave up is discretion over whether the results are documented and how compliance is judged.
The Accountability Partner administers the requirements, reviews the record, and determines whether a documented requirement has been satisfied. When a violation occurs, it remains part of the record. Every entry on this site is me presenting the required evidence for review by someone who is not me, because a record that I alone could revise whenever it became uncomfortable would defeat the purpose.
The uniform is part of that documentation standard: a plain black unitard, a plain steel neck ring worn continuously, and the same four recorded angles. The goal is to make records from different days directly comparable without changing the presentation to make a particular result look better or worse.
This is published under my real name because the accountability is intended to be real and attributable. I participate in the project; I do not unilaterally control its official record. That separation is the mechanism.

Why Public Exposure Is Part of the System
This project is public on purpose.
Private promises were too easy for me to renegotiate, postpone, excuse, or quietly abandon. Public accountability removes that comfort. My real name, face, starting point, daily record, missed requirements, and final outcome are attached to the commitment I made.
That exposure is meant to be uncomfortable.
I know that coworkers, friends, acquaintances, strangers, and people I may meet years from now can discover this record. I know they may see my weight, my progress photographs, my inspections, my violations, and whether I ultimately kept my word.
I accepted that deliberately.
The embarrassment of being visibly out of compliance is part of the pressure that makes the system useful. A missed requirement cannot simply disappear because I would rather forget it. If I fail an inspection requirement, miss documentation, or receive a corrective consequence, the record says so. If I repeatedly fail, the pattern remains visible.
The same principle applies to abandonment.
I am free to stop participating. This project does not make withdrawal impossible. But I did not design an easy way to quietly erase the commitment afterward. If I abandon the project before satisfying its completion standard, the public record is intended to say exactly that.
ABANDONED is not another word for completed.
I chose a system in which quitting has an observable consequence because, without one, quitting would always remain the easiest option.
Recognition is intentional
Someone recognizing me from this project is not a security failure or an accidental side effect. Within the boundaries of the information I have deliberately chosen to publish, recognition is part of the accountability mechanism.
There is supposed to be a difference between telling myself privately that I will change and attaching Micheal Ray Berry to a public commitment that other people can verify.
That difference is the point.
Exposure has boundaries
There is real discomfort in publicly documenting something I would ordinarily prefer to handle privately. I am displaying my starting condition, submitting to inspection requirements, recording failures, and accepting that other people may see them.
That does not mean anything goes.
The public project does not authorize harassment, threats, stalking, interference with employment, publication of private information, or unrelated intrusion into my life.
The discomfort comes from being seen clearly and being held to the standard I chose, not from surrendering basic safety or dignity.
The record works both ways
If I fail, the record will show it.
If I abandon the commitment, the record will show that too.
But if I complete it, nobody will be able to dismiss the result as another promise, another restart, or another temporary attempt.
The same permanence that makes failure uncomfortable is what gives successful completion meaning.
I chose to make the commitment public because I wanted a promise that would be harder to break than one made only to myself.
Being seen is part of the design
I chose to do this under my real name, with my face and my daily record in the open. Wide visibility isn't a side effect I'm tolerating; it's one of the things I asked for. The more people who can see whether I keep my word, the harder it is to quietly stop keeping it — including on the days I fall short.

Local Accountability Partner
The record is administered remotely. The agreement provides (§3.2) for a second, local Accountability Partner — engaged by signed amendment — to verify in person what the camera can only attest. Scope and requirements are set in writing under the agreement; nothing binds until written, logged publicly, and co-signed. Identity stays private (§12.2).

Why My Real Name Is Used
This project is attached to my real legal name because anonymity would weaken the accountability. In the past, it has been too easy to restart privately, hide failure, change direction, or abandon the process without a lasting public record.
The point is not branding. The point is consequence.
Why the Attire Is Standardized
Required photos and videos are recorded in the project uniform so that changes are visible, comparisons are consistent, and the record cannot be softened by flattering clothing, angles, or presentation. Its purpose is documentation.
Daily Documentation
Every day by 10:00 PM Eastern: a four-angle inspection video published to the official record and posted publicly to YouTube, four daily photos, a weight entry, and a tracker update. Daily documentation exists because long gaps create room for avoidance.
The required update is either completed or it is not.
Evening Supervision
On evenings assigned by the Accountability Partner and posted in advance on the supervision page, I am required to complete a period of public Evening Supervision. Until further notice, nights are assigned, not automatic.
The standard session runs from 6:00 PM through 10:00 PM Eastern. A fixed camera observes the monitored living areas while normal evening activity continues. The purpose is not entertainment or performance. The purpose is to make the period in which private decisions are easiest to renegotiate publicly observable.
During Evening Supervision, the prescribed project uniform is required in monitored areas. Published food, beverage, household-order, and documentation requirements remain in force.
Necessary private activity remains private. Bathrooms, changing, confidential work material, private communications, visitors who have not consented to appearing, and other legitimately sensitive matters are not part of the public record.

The camera does not make the decision. It makes the decision observable.
Progress and Milestones
Daily weigh-ins in the public tracker and documented milestone weigh-ins at 320, 300, 275, 250, 225, and 200 pounds track whether the project is actually working. Weight fluctuation is recorded as progress information — only missing or false documentation is a violation.
The weight loss itself is conducted under a physician's care, at a sustainable rate. The project enforces documentation — the medicine is supervised separately.
The record is based on visible documentation and measurable results — not motivation, explanations, or intentions.
Missed Requirements and Consequences
Missed requirements are documented publicly. If I fail to meet a requirement, the miss is recorded permanently in the public Violation Log — the date, the requirement missed, the status, when the correction was submitted, when it was resolved, and the Accountability Partner's verification result. The correction is public too: corner time, recorded in one unbroken take, posted to the official channel, and published beside the entry that caused it — and it stays there after it is served. A consequence nobody can see is one I would eventually learn to discount, and I have discounted enough already.
The purpose is not drama. The purpose is enforcement.
Why the Record Is Permanent
A record I could delete later is not a record — it is a draft. If an exit existed, every hard day would point toward it: quit, clean up, pretend it never happened. Permanence closes that door. Quitting no longer erases anything, so the only version of the future where these photos end well is the one where the later photos show 200.
That is why the record is deliberately built to operate without my cooperation. It is administered by the Accountability Partner, not by me. It is mirrored across independent archives — this website, the public tracker, the YouTube channel, and a public photo archive — each with its own copy. It is indexed by search engines under my real name, on purpose, so it can be found by anyone who looks. The record is deliberately distributed and administered so that I cannot quietly rewrite, erase, or conceal an unfavorable outcome without leaving evidence of that attempt.
Published versions are archived and timestamped. The next photo can still change the story.
Questions, answered plainly
Yes. Real name, real face, real signed agreement, documented daily from August 31, 2026. Every claim on this site is verifiable against the public tracker, the photo archive, and the video archive.
Then yes — this really is the Micheal Ray Berry you know, and the results are under his real name.
You are welcome to mention that you found the project. In fact, knowing that someone from his ordinary life may casually say, “I saw your accountability site,” is part of the pressure Micheal deliberately chose.
You do not need to pretend you never saw it just to spare him the embarrassment. Recognition is part of how the accountability works.
If you notice a possible missed requirement, inconsistency, or something the public record should address, do not argue with Micheal about it. Entirely. I designed this system, asked for it in writing, and signed it — precisely because voluntary private promises kept failing. The Accountability Partner administers the structure; he did not impose it.
Not unilaterally. The Accountability Partner administers the live site, the domain, and the sheet. Published versions are archived and timestamped — changing the live page does not erase them. That makes an attempt harder to hide, not impossible. Thirty days of silence or an attempt to take the record down is supposed to convert the site to an abandonment record, under the agreement.
Yes — the weight loss proceeds under a physician's care at a sustainable rate. The project enforces documentation, not medicine. Violations are documentation failures; ordinary weight fluctuation is never a violation.
One way: 200 pounds, held for 28 consecutive days under the verification standard. Then the site converts to a permanent completion record. There is no other ending that isn't public.
