The corrective requirement

Corrective Sessions

What answers a documented failure, what the standard is, and every session on the record.

§8 of the agreement defines a corrective session that may answer an Accountability Partner-verified failure to file the Daily Compliance Packet by 10 PM Eastern or to complete a required Evening Supervision session (§3.4), while execution is active. It is not a consequence for the weight. A gain, a plateau, or a bad month is never a Violation Event.

While the agreement is active, each verified, post-effective Violation Event is handled under the published standards. The level follows the accumulated count of confirmed violations (§8.1); the Accountability Partner verifies the record rather than creating requirements outside those terms.

So a second failure costs more than a first and a third costs more than a second.

The standard

Position

Facing the designated corner or wall, standing upright, hands behind the head, feet shoulder-width apart, substantially still for the whole period. No phone, entertainment, reading, or unrelated activity.

Uniform

The correction uniform (§4.2): the designated pink unitard. The black uniform documents the standard; the pink uniform documents a failure to meet it.

Timer

Begins only once the required position is established — not when the recording starts. Time spent getting into position does not count toward the assigned period.

Recording

One continuous take, fully AI-voiced. The participant does not speak. A session challenge code is displayed in the recording and logged with the submission; the current system does not independently prove capture time or rule out every form of replay or editing.

Invalidation

Leaving the position, materially changing posture, or ending early invalidates the attempt. The full period is completed again from zero — a shortened session counts for nothing.

Deadline

The agreement allows 72 hours after an assigned violation notice to complete, record, and file the session, subject to documented §9 exceptions and only while execution is active. The server validates the linked assignment and exact due date.

Verification

Submitting a session does not resolve the entry. It remains corrected and awaiting verification until the Accountability Partner reviews identity, attire, elapsed time, and continuity against the published standard and records a decision.

Demonstration

The written standard below is the whole requirement. Corrective sessions on the record are filed against a specific entry; they appear beside that entry, not here.

Why it is published

The recording is published beside the entry that caused it and normally remains part of the durable record. Completing a corrective requirement closes the obligation; privacy, safety, consent, or applicable law may still require redaction or removal, with a transparent change history when appropriate.

The reasoning is the same as for the daily record itself. Every previous attempt at this ended quietly, because quitting cost nothing and nobody knew there had been a plan. A consequence nobody can see is one that would eventually be discounted too.

Every published photograph and recording shows the participant in the full project uniform. Verification photographs are held privately and are not published.

§8.2 and §8.6 are summarized on the agreement page, together with their current execution status.

Sessions on the record

No corrective session has been recorded yet. Any session, once recorded, is normally listed here and linked from the entry that required it, subject to required redaction or removal. The violation log shows every confirmed failure and its status.
